Facing numerous challenges, he took his first entrepreneurial step in 1993 by selling copy machines from a small office in Philadelphia, PA. Equipped with a simple repair bag, he personally serviced machines and built relationships with customers—an experience he called the Moment of Truth. His dedication to exceptional service fostered strong customer loyalty, laying the foundation for steady business growth.
